BOMA New York’s Board of Directors​

The leadership of BOMA New York is comprised of elected officers and a Board of Directors, who serve the Association on a volunteer basis. Additionally, BOMA New York has a full-time professional support staff working at its Penn Plaza office.

The Board of Directors oversees the general direction, control and management of BOMA New York, working in the interest of the membership at-large. The Board holds regular meetings to discuss all matters relevant to the Association. Members serve a three-year term.

​Officers

Each officer is elected by a majority vote of the Principal Members for a one-year term (with an option to serve a second year), which traditionally begins on January 1st.
