Bridget M. Cunningham, Vornado Realty Trust
Bridget M. Cunningham is Vice President, Operations Senior Property Manager for Vornado Realty Trust, overseeing a portfolio of 6M SF of PENN District buildings, 4mm of which are being redeveloped while occupied.
Since starting with VNO in the fall of 2000 as a Building Administrative Assistant, Bridget has worked in various VNO buildings, including 90 Park Avenue, 888 Seventh Avenue, 1290 Avenue of the Americas, PENN 11 and PENN 1. Bridget has led projects with IT to roll out and train Property Management staff as VNO began using Workspeed and then transitioned to Angus.
Bridget served as a Director on the board of BOMA NY from 2016 – 2019. During the COVID19 pandemic, Bridget served on the RE Committee of Feeding the Frontlines, an organization that delivered meals to frontline workers. Bridget also serves on the St Francis Food Pantries and Shelters Doodle for Hunger committee. She also leads a group of VNO employees who volunteer to clean up graffiti with the NYPD Midtown South NCOs.
Bridget was the REBNY On-Site Manager of The Year in 2013 and Vornado Realty Trust NY Office Employee of the Year in 2015. Bridget is a member of BOMA and REBNY.
Bridget graduated from CUNY – Brooklyn College in 2000 with a BA in Political Science.
