To support continued learning among our members, BOMA New York regularly hosts Seminars, Monthly Forums, Building Tours and LEED/WELL Courses to provide educational opportunities for our association professionals.
SEMINARS Our seminars are normally interactive sessions that involve a panel of speakers providing insight on specific topics. Past topics have included smart buildings, high-rise preparedness, tenant management and coordination, and other dialogues on how new developments and initiatives are influencing the commercial real estate industry.
VIRTUAL MONTHLY FORUMS Our virtual monthly forum series offer a midday learning and engagement opportunity for our members. These events are currently being offered online for the time being. All BOMA New York members and non-members are invited to register. Log on and listen to leading industry professionals providing a presentation(s) on property related topics such as current day trends, technology, post-COVID related matters, building system integration, energy & sustainability, power factor correlation, refrigerants and more.
