Now Accepting Applications for Mentors and Mentees — BOMA New York 2026 Mentoring Program
We’re excited to announce that applications are now open for the third cohort of Mentors and Mentees in the BOMA New York Mentoring Program, launched in 2024. We look forward to your participation!
BOMA NY is committed to enriching personal and professional success through thoughtful programming. Our seasoned members are leaders in the commercial real estate industry, representing every facet of commercial management. Our Emerging Leaders bring energy, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn, they are the future of our industry.
The 2026 program is open to current and retired BOMA NY members and will run from January through December 2026. Participants are expected to meet informally at least once per month and attend key in-person events, including the program kick-off, social gatherings, and graduation.
This initiative is designed to foster meaningful internal communities through personalized mentor-mentee pairings that support individual growth. Mentees will gain valuable insights through one-on-one conversations and group support, while Mentors will have the opportunity to share their expertise and help shape the next generation of CRE leaders.
We encourage all BOMA members to consider applying as a Mentor or Mentee. Your experience and network are invaluable assets to both emerging talent and seasoned professionals. Mentoring pairings are limited.
