Now accepting applications for Mentors and Mentees for the BOMA New York 2025 Mentoring Program We are accepting applications for the second cohort of Mentors and Mentees under the all-new BOMA Mentoring Program that launched in 2024. We are thrilled to have you participate.
BOMA NY’s focus is to enrich personal career success through thoughtful programming. Our seasoned members are the best in the commercial real estate industry, representing every aspect of commercial management. Our Emerging Leaders are also a key part of this community and the future of our industry, showing great tenacity and enthusiasm for learning.
The program is open to current and retired BOMA NY members and will run from February 2025 through December 2025. Participants are expected to meet informally at least once per month and to participate in the in-person kick-off, social, and graduation events hosted through the program. The focus of the program is to create internal communities amongst our members, with a focus on personalized mentor-mentee pairings to support individual outcomes for career and personal growth. Mentees will benefit from one-on-one discussions and group support and Mentors will be able to share their industry knowledge and contribute by molding and influencing the next generation of CRE leadership. All BOMA members are invited and urged to consider becoming a Mentor or Mentee. Your industry knowledge and networks are invaluable and would be a great asset both for emerging talent and experienced professionals alike. Mentoring pairings are limited.
