BOMA established the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) in 1970 to fill a perceived gap in property management education, developing the well-respected Real Property Administrator (RPA), Facilities Management Administrator (FMA), Systems Maintenance Technician (SMT) and Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA) programs, which have graduated thousands of career professionals over the years. **TESTING UPDATE**
As of January 1, 2022 - BOMI International has moved to Capstone testing to reduce some of the stress and anxiety of a large exam after each and every course.  In short, all students will be taking practice exams at the end of each course via BOMI's Learning portal (online) instead of scheduling an exam at Pearson.  Once all courses are completed, you will be required to take a final exam containing 100 questions through Pearson Vue.
