All committee members must attend 2/3 of all committee meetings over the course of a year, or face expulsion from the committee roster. Members interested in attending a committee meeting without being a member of said committee should also reach out to the appropriate staff contact for information. The mentorship committee is charged with leading the BOMA NY Mentoring Program, which is designed to foster meaningful internal communities through personalized mentor-mentee pairings that support individual growth. Scholarship Committee 
​​The Scholarship Committee administers the BOMA New York Scholarship Program, which provides financial assistance to members pursuing a BOMI designation. The Committee reviews applications, evaluates required essays and supporting materials, and conducts in-person interviews to select qualified candidates who demonstrate a strong commitment to professional growth and career advancement. Through this program, the Committee supports members in furthering their education and strengthening the future of the commercial real estate industry.
