Eduardo Fiallo


Currently, Ed is the Account Relationship Executive responsible for overall property operations of a clients’ commercial office space, totaling 4.5M SF, in NY-Midtown and Washington, DC. Promoted to Vice President, Property Management, with direct oversight and leadership for clients’ 16 million SF of commercial, retail and data center space in the Americas. Responsible for leading a team of 200+ dedicated individuals managing services contracts in excess of $100M in operating expenses and $30M in yearly capital expenses. Responsible as Property Manager at 1585 Broadway, New York, NY, for property operations of a 1.4 million SF Class A commercial building, Morgan Stanley’s world headquarters, assisting Corporate Services with the full-scale demolition and renovation of 16 floors and being responsible for the execution of a $28 million base building budget. Responsible as General Property Manager at 522 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY for all property operations of a 595,000 SF Class A commercial building, including the execution of a $10 million base building and $11 million facilities budget. Responsible as Senior Property Manager at 425 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY for property operations of this 700,000 square foot office tower in midtown Manhattan, managing an office and engineering staff of 10, and overseeing a 5-year capital improvement plan to upgrade (33) HVAC package units throughout the property. Responsible as Senior Property Manager at 4 New York Plaza, New York, NY for day-to-day operations of a 1.1 million SF office tower in local Manhattan, managing all fiscal activities and maintaining full P&L responsibilities. Responsible as Property Manager at 383 Madison Avenue, New York, NY for operations oversight at a 1.2 million SF Class A commercial building including the execution of a $21.3 million operating budget and the oversight of over 25 service contracts. Since joining Hines, Ed has been involved in operating a variety of management projects, has a great deal of experience with Property and Facility Management of both workspaces and data centers. A detail-oriented, experienced team leader possessing strong business acumen and the ability to manage diverse projects through prioritization, delegation and motivation.
