Sharon Hart-Fanelli, RPA, CPM, LEED AP
Sharon Hart-Fanelli is an Integrated Facilities Manager with Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing more than 3 million square feet of real estate across 500 locations in North America. She recently rejoined the firm following a three-year tenure with New York Life Investors, where she served as Senior Director, managing third-party relationships, owned and leased assets, transactional activities, and capital improvements.
Over the course of her career, Sharon Hart-Fanelli has managed diverse commercial portfolios for clients including PepsiCo, GenRe, and New York Life Insurance Company, as well as mixed-use assets during her tenure as Executive Vice President at Cappelli Enterprises. She holds a BA in Psychology from Mercer University and professional designations as a Real Property Administrator (RPA), Certified Property Manager (CPM), and LEED Accredited Professional.
A past President of the Greater New York Chapter of IREM, Sharon Hart-Fanelli has been recognized with numerous industry honors, including the Pinnacle Award for Manager of the Year (2018), Corporate Facility of the Year (2019), and IREM’s CPM of the Year (2017). She has also served on the Boards of Southern Connecticut BOMA and GiGi’s Playhouse NYC and Westchester, advocating for community inclusion and education.
Within BOMA New York, Sharon Hart-Fanelli serves on the Executive Board of Directors, the Codes & Regulations Committee, and the Pinnacle Awards Committee. She is an active ambassador for the organization, promoting engagement, education, and sponsorship throughout the industry.
