Carolina Ramos, RPA, LEED AP O+M
Carolina Ramos is a seasoned commercial real estate leader with over 22 years of experience overseeing Class A office buildings and mixed-use portfolios. She currently leads the Tri-State real estate portfolio for Rockpoint/Rockhill Management, with responsibility for leasing, property management, financial planning, construction, portfolio operations, ESG and sustainability initiatives.
Throughout her career, Carolina has managed assets across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Georgia ranging from 300,000 to 5 million square feet, with annual budgets exceeding $100 million. Her experience includes property repositioning, acquisitions and dispositions, and project management of capital and operating improvements exceeding $50 million, including building systems, lobby renovations, elevator modernizations, and major infrastructure upgrades.
Carolina began her career in real estate finance, serving as Financial Controller for prominent New York City properties before transitioning into operations, leasing, and construction leadership roles.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Jones College, is a Real Property Administrator (RPA) through BOMI, a LEED AP O+M professional, a licensed New York State Real Estate Salesperson, and a New York State Notary Public. Carolina serves on the BOMA Board of Directors and the Kids for Kids Corporate Advisory Board and actively supports Encourage Kids, Primary Stages, City Harvest, and BOMA committees.
